Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for paid subscriptions and purchases on Chat2Site (the "Service"). This policy supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Chat2Site. If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions described below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
For first-time paid subscriptions (Pro, Max, or other paid plans), you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment if:
- The request is made by the account holder who made the purchase
- You have not previously received a refund for Chat2Site
- Your account has not been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
Refunds apply to the most recent eligible subscription payment and are limited to one refund per customer or organization.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day refund window
- Partial months or unused time remaining on a subscription after cancellation
- Add-on purchases, one-time fees, or third-party services billed separately
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to abuse, fraud, or Terms violations
- Free trials converted to paid plans after the 14-day refund period has elapsed
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@chat2site.app with:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the payment
- A brief description of the reason for your request
We may ask for additional information to verify your account and process your request.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless you qualify under Section 2 above.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Material changes will not reduce your refund rights for payments already made before the change takes effect.
